Credit Control Executive

Experience required:
  • Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting depts of company debtors
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure billing and documentations are in order
  • Checking and posting of receiprts to accounting systems
  • Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices
  • Producing monthly Aged Debtor Report and reporting on collection activity
  • Monitoring and updates on collateral received from time to time
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned

Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Credit Control field is required for this position.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Must be willing to work in Shah Alam
