Job Description:

  • Assist in the developing and implementing of talent development strategies and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization in consultation with the Immediate Manager.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and create customized annual development plans for employees at all levels.
  • Provide support in design, coordination, and deliver training programs on topics such as company orientation, leadership development, sales, service, performance management, company core values and employee engagement.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating initiatives to promote a positive company work culture, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, celebratory events, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Assist in tracking and managing the budget for talent development and culture initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and within budget constraints including effective management of HRDF.
  • Assist in conducting regular assessments and surveys to measure employee engagement and satisfaction, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist Talent Development and Culture manager in developing and promote a positive work culture that values diversity, inclusion and collaboration.
  • Assist Immediate Manager in driving strategies to enhance employee well-being, work-life harmony, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Assist in efforts to celebrate and recognize employee achievements, milestones, and contributions to the company.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, feedback, and continuous learning within the organization.
  • Design and deliver all employee communication in a timely and creative manner within the organization.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Immediate Manager.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Medical or any related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with working experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG, Healthcare and Manufacturing hiring would be an added advantage.
  • Passion for talent development, culture enhancement, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a pre-requisite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Able to solve problems proactively and work in fast paced.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills, mature, resourceful and independent.
  • Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadline.
  • Experience or familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc) or video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) will be an added advantage.
