Job Description

• Conduct product training sessions for store staff, KOLs, part-time employees, and in-house personnel.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of all product categories, including health foods and drinks, health supplements, skincare, personal care, and beauty products.
• Provide new staff product knowledge training orientation.
• Create and present product training slides, and submit training reports promptly.
• Develop product point-of-sale materials (POSM) to enhance store staff's depth of understanding.
• Conduct health talks at corporate events, community events, childcare, etc.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
• Undertake any additional tasks delegated by superiors.

Requirements:

• The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Human Nutrition, Medical Nutrition, or a related field.
• Language skills required: Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin or a local dialect would be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in the Medical/ Hospital/ Healthcare industry will be an added advantages. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

• Access to personal transportation is required.
