Supply Chain Assistant/Officer

Job description:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and maintaining supply chain process and procedures to ensure smooth flow information.
  • Assist in inventory management, including replenishment and stock rotation.
  • Assist to follow up with suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance and metrics.
  • Review and follow up with internal teams on ticketing request and compliance check.
  • Support other supply chain-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum certificate / Diploma in any related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
