1. HR Intern - Industrial Relations (IR) Team
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local regulations, international standards, and company values.
Support efforts to maintain data privacy and protection by helping implement policies and practices related to data security, confidentiality, and employee privacy.
Provide support in managing disciplinary cases, including documentation and coordination of investigative processes.
Assist in organizing and coordinating Domestic Inquiries under the guidance of the IR team.
Assist in conducting exit interviews and compiling data for HR reporting purposes.
Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned to support the Industrial Relations function.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, law or its equivalent.
Sound knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act, and Industrial Relations Act.
Proactive, reliable, independent, highly disciplined, multi-tasker and good team player.
Must be able to work in Petaling Jaya (51A) and future HQ at Bukit Raja 2 (Q3 2025).
2. HR Intern (Payroll Team)
Responsibilities:
Assist inpayroll processing, including data entry and record-keeping.
Support thepreparation of payroll reports and related documentation.
Ensure accurate and timelyupdating of employee detailsin payroll systems.
Perform otherad-hoc payroll and administrative dutiesas assigned.
