1. HR Intern - Industrial Relations (IR) Team

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local regulations, international standards, and company values.

  • Support efforts to maintain data privacy and protection by helping implement policies and practices related to data security, confidentiality, and employee privacy.

  • Provide support in managing disciplinary cases, including documentation and coordination of investigative processes.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating Domestic Inquiries under the guidance of the IR team.

  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and compiling data for HR reporting purposes.

  • Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned to support the Industrial Relations function.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, law or its equivalent.

  • Sound knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act, and Industrial Relations Act.

  • Proactive, reliable, independent, highly disciplined, multi-tasker and good team player.

  • Must be able to work in Petaling Jaya (51A) and future HQ at Bukit Raja 2 (Q3 2025).

2. HR Intern (Payroll Team)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist inpayroll processing, including data entry and record-keeping.

  • Support thepreparation of payroll reports and related documentation.

  • Ensure accurate and timelyupdating of employee detailsin payroll systems.

  • Perform otherad-hoc payroll and administrative dutiesas assigned.

Requirements :

  • Passionatein Human Resources.

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource. Management or equivalent.

  • Understanding HR document management and compliance requirements.

  • Hands-on experience in data organization and record centralization.

  • Development of communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders.

  • Practical exposure to digitization and structured document storage.

  • Problem-solving skills in handling missing or incomplete records.

  • Experience in project documentation and reporting.

  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Must be able to work in Taman Eng Ann (Klang) and future HQ at Bukit Raja 2 (Q3 2025).
