Responsibilities:

• Assist with manual inspection of CCTV footage for all stores and warehouses and document observations for reporting purposes
• Coordinate with the vendor to obtain updates and necessary maintenance for the CCTV software
• Provide support for user ID, group, and email creation and changes
• Assist with monitoring and ensuring the efficient operation of our WMS
• Respond to system slow-downs and alert the appropriate personnel for assistance
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document observations accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors and team members
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of CCTV software and IT support experience preferred
