Job Specifications

  • Spearhead digital marketing division in developing digital marketing strategies for corporate images and online sales
  • Assist marketing manager in planning and supervising digital marketing operations to achieve revenue target.
  • Create high-quality content for digital marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to, social media posts, ad copy, email copy, and website content.
  • Manage a content marketing plan that includes:
    • A general budget with estimates for manpower, creative designs, and paid promotion to meet campaign objectives within target timeline.
    • The uptrend topics, the types of content that will be created (ex: blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics live streaming etc.) and channels that will be used to distribute content.
  • An execution plan/calendar outlining the publishing frequency, production workflow (creation, reviews and approvals) and ongoing maintenance of the content
  • Generate digital marketing/social media reports to management when needed.
  • Create, plan, execute and evaluate digital marketing program and seek improvements from time to time.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in cross-functional collaboration with other divisions or departments for marketing purposes.
  • Manage subordinate’s performance by delegating jobs and monitor their timeline closely
  • Facilitate in any ad-hoc marketing activities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Linguistic, Business, Mathematics, and Economics, Statistics or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Min 4 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, social media management or any related
  • prefer candidate come from retail, FMCG, and e-commerce industry
  • Willing to work in Shah Alam
