Stock Controller

Role

  • Carry out skilled work which deals with returned goods.
  • MUST aggressive and actively follow up and chase Supplier's Credit Note.
  • Accountable to reduce level of Good Return Note.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Expected to collaborate with relevant departments in ensuring Good Return documents are properly documented and recorded.
  2. Ensure operations are in compliance with company policies on good return.
  3. To liaise and continuous follow up with External and Internal Parties on Good Return until Credit Note receive.
  4. Able to handle Good Return disputes.
  5. Ensure timely capture of all Credit Notes.
  6. Ensure timely good return report for management review.
  7. To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by immediate supervisor.


Requirement:

  1. Required skill(s): knowledge of basic Inventory Management
  2. At least 3-5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  3. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  4. Able to communicate with all levels of people
  5. MUST have Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel
  6. Committed and has self-initiative to ensure the job is done within the timeline
  7. Able to work under pressure and attend to details
