  • To manage patient registration along with scheduling appointments.
  • Administrative work such as maintaining patient’s file and ordering.
  • To create and implement a treatment plan based on the patient’s needs and to establish patient’s goals.
  • To arrange patient’s appointment for physiotherapy exercise.
  • To monitor patient’s progress and to adjust treatment accordingly through a series of movements, test, medical report and discussion with the patient.
  • Attend to the patient’s inquiries and assist them.
  • Handle all incoming calls from customer regarding inquiries.
  • Proactively assist the patient during the physiotherapy sessions by demonstrating proper techniques, movement and any equipment uses.
  • To actively document the patient’s medical treatment along with the progress in order to update and review on medical condition.
  • To manage all billing matters.
  • Inventory and stock management.
  • Any additional duties assigned from time to time.

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year working experience in Physiotherapy.
  • Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese speaking will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Willing to work on weekends / public holidays.
