  • DevelopJob Description withJobresponsibilities & competencies required, advertise at respective hiring channelsthat match strategy& shortlist candidates who match the requirement

  • Initiate andexecutead-hocrecruitment projects fromotherdepartments

  • Upkeep recruitment database managementsuch as new joiner trackerandvacancy listing for Retail, Warehouse & HQ

  • Screenresumes by assessing applicants’ related knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesandprocessjob applicationsaccording to interview feedback

  • Execute reference check with candidates’ previous employer

  • Coordinate and/or conduct interviewsfor Retail, Warehouse & HQ

  • Prepare, present & negotiate job offers in a timely & efficient manner according tocompany guidelines

  • Representing the company atrecruitmentexhibitions(online & offline)

Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Present onboarding program & HR policies with new joinerbimonthly for Retail, Warehouse & HQ

  • Build rapportwith new joiners and collect feedback if there’s any

  • Executefull exit cycle to the resigned employee such as exit interview &company assets’ handover with proper documentation & filing

  • Collect feedback from the line manageron new joiners’ performance and escalate for next step


  • Update vacancies inRymnetRecruitment Moduleat all times

  • Support troubleshooting queries to users (candidates & colleagues)

  • LeverageRymnetRecruitment Module to increase recruitment productivity


  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Preferred candidate with the following experience:

  • Supporting/executingnew outlet openingmass hiring

  • ableto conduct interviews with Bahasa, English, Mandarin is added advantage

  • Frequently communicate with the retail manager, warehouse/factory,and line manager from HQ

  • Travel toexecuteonsite recruitment drive

  • Able to suggest new recruitment channel/tool speed up the hiring processand/or enhance recruitment productivity

  • Negotiatingsalary with a candidate

  • Conduct onboardingprogram to new joiner

  • Conduct exit interview to resigned employee

  • Upkeep recruitment reporting

  • Using anyHR self-service system

  • Reference checkwith candidates’ previous employer
