Operations Admin Executive

Established since 2006, BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd has grown to become one of the largest retail pharmacy chains in Malaysia with presence in Klang Valley, Johor, Seremban and Melaka. As part of the Group’s plan to expand in the southern region of Malaysia, the Group merged with RedCap Pharmacy in year 2018 and the combined entity now has more than 70 BIG Pharmacy outlets throughout Malaysia.. Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assist in handling day to day administrative tasks of the outlets
  • Follow up with internal and external parties on operations matters
  • Compile data, reports and other required info for operations need
  • Keep track and ensure timely compilation of stock and collection reports
  • Responsible for proper filing of outlet documents
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time

  • Able to work in the fast-paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Able to work on shifts rotation, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours
  • Computer literature in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage but not compulsory
