Digital Marketing Executive

Established since 2006, BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd has grown to become one of the largest retail pharmacy chains in Malaysia with presence in Klang Valley, Johor, Seremban and Melaka. As part of the Group’s plan to expand in the southern region of Malaysia, the Group merged with RedCap Pharmacy in year 2018 and the combined entity now has more than 70 BIG Pharmacy outlets throughout Malaysia..   • Effectively plan, set up, implement and optimize all assigned performance marketing advertising campaigns for the company, especially on digital platforms. This includes managing campaign creation,including the setup of ad sets, audience targeting, bid adjustments, and working closely with designers and content exec for ad copy and creative review.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and advertising technical expertise and proactively keep abreastof changes in all related digital platform algorithms to effectively optimize budget spend and performance of all assigned digital advertising campaigns to achieve campaign KPI's.
  • Accountable for search advertising and SEO including competitor analysis & keyword search
  • Create SEM campaigns on a regular basis and capitalize on opportunities to maximize search effectiveness
  • Accountable for weekly & monthly performance metrics of performance marketing tactics effectiveness aswell as developing action plans to optimize performance
  • Analyze all spending vs the return on investments for all digital channels
  • Setup tracking/pixel to track conversion for the marketing campaign.

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • - Min 2 years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, social media management, or any related
  • - Experience with SEO management tools and strategy will be an added advantage.
  • - Master in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • - Proficient in Google Analytics, FB Ads manager, FB Creator Studio, Google Ads, Google My Business
  • - Self-starter, positive ‘can-do’, hit the ground running attitude
  • - Good team player, result-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • - Good in analytics and number driven
