  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing need.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  • Evaluate offer from vendors and prepare cost analyses for Category Manager
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
  • Follow up with supplier as needed to confirm or change orders
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
  • Do stock allocation for promotional items
  • Communicate closely with suppliers and Category Manager
  • Manage high inventory stocks and initiate reallocation / inter-branch transfer
  • Monitor stock expiry
  • Maintain supplier contact list and master product
  • Need to generate Outlet Replenishment report weekly including every Saturday before 12 noon or as assigned/scheduled by Superior.
  • To undertake any additional duties assigned from time to time.


  • Minimum certificate / Diploma in any field
  • At least 1 year experience as Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedure
  • Advance knowledge on Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of language
