Medical Assistant (office based)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • As information centre and provide timely support/ medical advice/ recommendations to customer regarding rehab products, promotions & services.
    • Handle rehab customer service inbound calls enquiries.
    • Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-salessupport when requested.
    • Promote and liaise with customer for delivery / servicing appointment.
    • Able to work on shift (in between retail hours).

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related flied.
    • Previous job experience in healthcare industry will be added advantage.
    • Mature with pleasant personality, tactful and has good interpersonal skills.
    • High level of initiative & able to work independently.
    • Possess a positive and can-do attitude.
    • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
