Job Description
- As information centre and provide timely support/ medical advice/ recommendations to customer regarding rehab products' promotions & services.
- Handle rehab customer service inbound calls enquiries.
- Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when necessary.
- Promote and liaise with customer for delivery and servicing appointment.
- Assist on Rehab related SOP work and on-site training for Operation.
- Also to be able to look for information for article write-up related to Rehab.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, billing and coding and handling correspondence.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with patients, healthcare providers, and other members of the healthcare team. This includes the ability to explain medical procedures, provide instructions to patients, and communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
