Job description
- Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filing for documentation purpose.
- Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements and HR policies such as employment contract, termination, policy, etc.
- Responsible for tax clearance, EA forms and Form E preparation.
- Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, LHDN on payroll/audit related issues.
- Responsible for full cycle of Payroll and make sure employee record is well maintain with high data integrity.
- Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, time & attendance data administration, leave management and process monthly claims reimbursement.
- Prepare monthly reports on HR-related metrics.
- Provide support and advice employees on HR related matters where needed.
- Responsible for any other duties as and when required.
