Job Description
  • Expected to collaborate with relevant departments in ensuring Good Return document are proper documented and recorded.
  • Ensure operation are compliance with company policies on good return.
  • To liaise and continuous follow up with External and Internal Parties on Good Return until Credit Note receive.
  • Able to handle Good Return dispute.
  • Ensure timely capture all Credit Note.
  • Ensure timely good return report for management review.
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Required skill(s): knowledge on basic Inventory Management.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of people.
  • MUST have Intermediate computer software skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Committed and has self initiative to ensure job are done within the timeline.
  • Able to work under pressure and attend to details
