Facilities & Maintenance Executive

Job Description

  • Responsible in doing outlet and HQ office maintenance and to make sure all-in service.
  • Responding immediately to any emergency maintenance request and ensure all breakdown repairs bring proper record.
  • To keep accurate and up to date records pertaining to repairs and maintenance checklist form and parts
  • Receive work orders and determine what parts, equipment and services are needed to perform necessary maintenance and repair work.
  • Able to work nighttime for any maintenance works required.
  • Oversee facility-related equipment and systems in outlets, warehouses, and offices.
  • Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with tenants and relevant parties as needed.
  • Report to management on all matters, adhering to company values and regulations.
  • Required to travel locally or outstation if required.
  • Reporting to Project & Development team on all maintenance and task.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Melayu & English.
  • Knowledge in plumbing, carpentry and electricity is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and posses own transportation.
  • Multitasking and able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work long hour when necessary and standby during non working days.
